A Bricks Manufacturing Company having its office in Mumbai and Units all over Maharashtra is available for JV. Apart from the core Business of making bricks the company also manufactures machinery used for manufacturing of Bricks and also manufactures the Hydro colic Bricks .We have in house manufacturing unit of machinery used in manufacturing of Bricks .It is based in Aurangabad. We have 13 Branches of Brick manufacturing unit in Maharashtra ,these all unit are on average area of 6000 sq./ft. each and the rent is paid between INR 3000 TO 15000 Per/Month respectively. The cost of each brick is Rs.22. We have tie-up with Govt Project named as (Pradhan Mantri Aaswas Yojana) and has 15 -20 private contractors. In the total production of bricks 70% are consumed by the Govt. and 30% by 15 -20 private contractors. Currently the production done in the unit is 3 lac per/month through (13 machine) ,but it can be extended to 6 lac. We have a target to setup 50 more branches .
