The machinery we have in our unit is DOUBLE VANGUARD 4TH (208 buttons a minute), and VANGUARD 1000(360 buttons a minute.), DOUBLE VANGUARD 3RD( 208 buttons a minute.), TRANSMATIC ( 180 buttons a minute.), FUTURA/MAXOMATIC(200 buttons a minute.)The installed capacity of the unit is 30 million+ buttons per day, currently utilizing only 30% of the capacity of the unit. We have a PAN India presence and supply to well-reputed brands(15-20). We are also into the business of Button Machinery Manufacturing which has been pioneered by European Companies like Bonetti, Tullio Giusi, Fabes, and LIBA. We can provide these machines in all the departments along with all ancillary machines, attachments, and spare parts. Other Indian-made balancing and ancillary machines can also be provided. There is another factory of 12600sqm, currently not operational. If both units run at full capacity can achieve TO of 150crs
