A 33 years old Commercial vehicle Body Building Company Looking For Investment. We are majorly into body building for 12 tyres,18 tyres Tippers, Trailers, Tip Trailer segment and Bulker. Apart from this, we have also made our presence felt in the area of Sheet metal, roll forming, and fabrication. We have over 35 models and 60 variants of vehicles, designed to transport goods and passengers. Our commercial vehicles can haul loads ranging from 2 tonnes to 80 tonnes. We cater to major OEMs like TATA, Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz, Eicher and Mahindra. ARSS - Bhubaneshwar and Avian Overseas also to major fleet owners across the country. The manufacturing plant is set up in 2 locations one is in Jamshedpur and the other one is in Tamilnadu. The land area of both the plant is 66 acres and 290400 sq. yards are Constructed area. The capacity of Both plants is 3 tonnes per day, but currently utilize only 10-15 % of their capacity. We have an order of Rs.287 Cr in hand for which we need working capital to purchase the raw material. For that purpose, we are looking for an investment of Rs20 Cr for the dilution of 10% equity.
