A Construction Startup started in 2021 in Lucknow is looking for investor. We have done 4 projects in Lucknow till now. The first project was a college of area 18,000 sq.ft. which we completed in 2017, the second & third ones were residential houses of area 1200 sq.ft. each completed in 2020 & 2021 respectively. The fourth one was a residential house of area 800 sq.ft. which was completed in 2021. We do one project in almost 4 months. We are going to do 2 projects in soon out of which one is a residential duplex home of 1500 sq.ft. and another one is a farm house of 5,000 sq.ft. covered area. Right now we have tie-ups with 2 local builders too. The profit margin in every project is 10-15%. We want to start projects in Lucknow, Noida and Kanpur.
