A newly constructed Home stays looking for investment to do expansion .We have constructed the Home stay in April 2023 It has 2 private rooms ,1 Dormitory with 8 beds , 1 couple suite (5-6 people can be accommodated) and a café with sitting of 30-35 people. The constructed area of home stay is 2500sq.ft The tariff of private room is Rs2500-Rs3000,Each bedding of Rs800-Rs1000 and couple suite is for Rs6500-Rs7000.The home stays also has a personal room and staff room .In the homestay 20-22 people can accommodate easily. Our purpose of looking for Investment is to do the marketing of it .We are not registered on oyo and any other booking platform.
