A Food Court start up is requiring funds from financial investor, the food court based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The Food court will be having 14 Kiosks in it and the sitting capacity is of 75 persons, through whom we will be getting rental income and maintenance. The entire premises is on rental basis and the rent that we will be having is of Rs 75000 per month. In order to set up the infrastructure and frame material, we require capital. The food court will be located in the Prime location from where the crowd can keep coming in and footfalls would be internally and also outside, and with the vast variety of food and beverages with open roof interior, every single one can feel the fine dining experience.
