We are into construction of Residential projects, We purchase the land, do the construction on that and sell the projects ourselves. We have tie-up with the Interior, Architect, civil contractor and other vendors for the supply of raw materials we have 10-15 vendors in number., Currently we are doing construction of 166 flats with 2 towers 60% of the project is completed . We our in need of Working capital of Rs15 cr as an investment to work on are running Project.
