We are already in the business of vegetable supply to the Supermarkets. We have vegetables like cucumber, chili, lemon, cabbage, cauliflower, fruits, and tender coconuts. We buy vegetables from the Farmers of Karnatka, Ooty, and Kerala and supply them to the Supermarts through cars of 10 tonnes to 20 tonnes. We want to start mushroom cultivation on a land area of approx 3000 sq. ft . Cultivation is done after 25 days and then 3 months cycles. 500kg can be produced through this. We will pack it in packing of 200gm - 250gm packets, and Supply it to the hotels and supermarkets.
