Automotive control cables are an important product used in all types of vehicles in the world and in India. Eg:- clutch cable, brake cable, accelerator cable etc. These types of cables are made of three materials namely plastic tube, spring type iron and soft sleeve plastic. There are more than twenty thousand two-wheeler workshops in Kerala. More than 15000 three wheeler workshops. There are also more than twenty thousand four-wheeler workshops, so we buy such scrap cables from the market at a low price, then process them in our company and separate them into iron and plastic and sell them to companies. We have a production capacity of 3000 kg per day. It takes three to six months to complete all the procedures before starting commercial production. This is a great opportunity for investors in a profitable project.

The total investment of this project is Rs 70 lakhs out of which Rs 15 lakhs is investment from my side (project owner).The remaining Rs 55 lakh is sought as investment.It is a profitable and promising project.
This project is to sell automotive control cables at low cost from scrap markets using latest technology machinery to separate plastic and iron from it. It is a profitable project.
Eg:- clutch cable, brake cable, accelerator cable etc...These types of cables are made of three materials i.e. plastic tube, spring type iron and soft sleeve plastic, this project separates the iron and soft sleeve plastic contained in them.
There are over twenty thousand two wheeler workshops In Kerala , over 10000 three wheeler workshops and over 15000 four wheeler workshops in Kerala, and these materials reach the scrap markets from these workshops. As these cables have a soft plastic sheet over them, it is a product that is not in demand in the scrap market. So we get such scrap cables from the market at a low price and then process them in our company and separate the iron and plastic and sell them to the companies.
