We are selling our Bridge Bearings Manufacturing Company based in Bhopal, established in 2016. Our facility spans 4 acres with a built-up area of over 100,000 square feet. We specialize in manufacturing various types of industrial bearings, including expansion joints, elastomeric bearing pads, and metal bearings. Currently, we operate at 40% capacity. Our products are approved by major organizations such as NHAI, CPWD, PWD, Metro Rails, Electrical, Railways, and other departments. Our strengths include a world-class fabrication and machining facility equipped with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, Nelson studs welding machines, CNC plasma cutting, CNC VTL, Plano millers, milling machines, radial drills, and automatic drilling and tapping machines. We also have a fully automatic shot blasting machine, an in-house mild steel casting plant capable of producing 200 MT per month, and a large rubber molding plant with a digital molding press of 1200 mm x 800 mm. Additionally, our fabrication workshop features 8 EOT cranes with capacities up to 20 MT, and our state-of-the-art laboratory, covering 1,000 square feet, can test all metals and rubbers, including bridge bearings up to 3,000 MT vertical load.
