Cattle Feed Pellet Manufacturing Unit Seeking Investment

A proposed cattle feed pellet manufacturing unit is seeking investment to establish a modern production facility for high-nutrition compound cattle feed pellets. The unit is planned on approximately 1.5 acres of land, with an installed production capacity of 6 MT per hour, translating to approximately 48 MT per day based on an 8-hour operating shift. The unit will manufacture balanced cattle feed pellets designed to support dairy cattle nutrition, including formulations targeting improved milk yield and fat content. The facility will include a pelletizing line, hammer mill, mixer, cooler, bagging system, utilities, storage, and related infrastructure. The unit is planned for approximately 14,400 MT of annual production based on 300 operating days. The proposed investment will support machinery, infrastructure development, working capital, and operational requirements, with scope to scale production through additional operating shifts. The manufacturing process will include raw material grinding, proportioning and mixing, conditioning, pelletizing, cooling, screening, and automated packaging.
