Our resort, located on the Ropar, on the Chandigarh- Manali highway spans 1 acre with two buildings, both covering 15,000 sqft. Each building offers six rooms, and there's additional staff quarters with two spacious rooms. Ample parking space for 50 cars is available. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints during the 2019 COVID situation, we had to temporarily close the resort. Now, with plans to reopen and expand, we are seeking investors on an equity basis. The funds will be used to construct more Rooms and Cottages, increasing our capacity and enhancing the overall resort experience.
