Construction Company Seeking Investment in Panipat

Established in March 2023, our construction company has rapidly grown into a trusted name in location’s infrastructure and earthwork sectors. Operating from a 300 sq. ft. rented premises at INR 6,000/month, we specialize in road construction, mining, and irrigation projects. Currently, we are managing four active projects—three in infrastructure and one in mining—collectively valued at approximately INR 70 lakh. With an annual turnover of INR 95 lakh and a profit margin of 18%, our operations are supported by a dedicated team of 20 permanent employees. We are seeking an investment of INR 50 lakh to scale our business further. Of this, INR 20 lakh will be allocated to setting up a Pure Blocks manufacturing plant, and INR 30 lakh will be utilized as working capital to expand our project portfolio and meet growing market demand.
