In additions to vegetables & fruits company plans to produce agro food products for regular use in day-to-day life, viz, crush tomato, paste items etc. We intend process whole vegetables with triple wash, sanitize , & pack in 250 gms/500 gms & 1 kg packs Ready to cook vegetables can be sold through departmental stores, super markets, developing own outlets, formal franchising, joint ventures etc. Company has developed an innovative plan to market these products. Company has already surveyed &interacted with farmer, Farmer Producing Organizations. Company has designed a unique business model to reach their customers. The company has planned to expand present market to throughout south India Part Maharashtra & Goa states, keeping Belgaum & Bangalore, Karnataka as a central hub. They have done research & development along with IIHR (Indian Institute of Horticulture Research) & some premier research institutions & organization in India. Companies has complete setup with all foundational requirements for boosting up their launch into this business and have also marketed corporately, finalized orders with branded super marts by fulfilling their quality & statutory parameters. They have has set up a strong 3000 customer database. Initially company propose to set-up a state of the art processing plant at Belgaum, Karnataka & in next phases in plan to develop manufacturing hub at Pune & Bangalore cities for smooth supply chain. A few of our R&D initiatives: Packaging technologies, Shelf life testing, Quality assurance, Microbiological lab analysis etc. Company will follow the Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI) act 2006. It prescribes minimum standards operating procedures, food safety norms, packaging & labeling norms. Company shall go for the system implementation certification like ISO – 9000 & ISO – 14000 / HACAP etc, for the implementation of quality system & standards and environmental standards. Our Fresh Cut production involves, procedures such as washing, sorting, trimming, peeling, slicing, chopping, processing and packing. This does not affect the freshness or the quality of fruits &vegetables.
