Overview
A 15-year-old running integrated steel plant located on approx. 67 acres (27 ha) of contiguous freehold industrial land in Kutch, Gujarat. The facility has State Highway frontage with convenient connectivity to Kandla and Mundra ports. The plant follows a complete melt–cast–roll route with Electrotherm induction furnaces, AOD, Concast 6/11 CCM for 100×100 billets and an 8-stand continuous TMT rolling mill with 25 TPH reheating furnace. The rolling mill can also operate as a re-roller using bought-in billets. A second fully installed stainless-steel rolling line with an 18 TPH reheating furnace provides additional expansion potential, subject to refurbishment. Installed capacity is approx. 8,400 MT/month. While designed for 24-hour operations, the plant is currently operating for around 8 hours/day and producing approx. 3,400 MT/month. The business has an established network of 54+ dealers and distributors and has supplied to government bodies through this network. Key infrastructure includes a captive 66 kV substation, 15 MVA transformer, DG backup, water treatment, cooling towers, QC laboratory and substantial supporting infrastructure. The asset sale includes land, buildings, plant & machinery, with significant scope for brownfield expansion.

Describe Property
located on approx. 67 acres (27 ha) of contiguous freehold industrial land in Kutch, Gujarat. The facility has State Highway frontage with convenient connectivity to Kandla and Mundra ports.
Competition / Market
Located in Kutch, one of Gujarat's established secondary-steel clusters, with a dense network of re-rollers, fabricators, scrap aggregators and transporters. TMT bars and billets serve construction, infrastructure and real-estate demand across Gujarat and western India. Proximity to Kandla and Mundra ports gives a logistics advantage for imported scrap and for exports over inland competitors. Own branding, QC lab and integrated route support quality-led competition.
Products & Services
Manufactures MS billets (100×100 mm) and branded TMT bars through an integrated induction melting, continuous casting and hot rolling route. The mill can also run as a re-roller on bought-in billets, allowing flexibility between integrated and merchant-billet production. Also generates scrap and by-product sales. In-house QC lab provides grade certification (spectrometer, XRF, UTMs). An installed stainless-steel rolling line allows diversification into SS long products. Products sold mainly to domestic construction and infrastructure markets, with some exports.
Growth Potential
The plant currently operates only on night shift (8 hrs). Moving to 24-hour operation can raise manufacturing output about 3×, within existing installed capacity. The installed stainless-steel rolling line with its own 18 T/hr reheating furnace offers a second product line after refurbishment. Surplus freehold land within the boundary allows brownfield expansion without new land acquisition. Existing 66 kV substation, sanctioned load and utilities reduce time and cost of scaling up.
Reason For Sale
The promoter group's core business is international trading, and the plant has so far been operated on night shifts only. The promoters are divesting to a strategic buyer who can run the facility at full 24-hour capacity and develop the installed stainless-steel line and surplus land.
