We are looking for investing partner for our newly open restaurant brand. We have set-up the restaurant on a carpet area of 400 sq.ft area with monthly rent of Rs 18,000. We are serving Kulhad chai, Pizza, burger ,Wraps, Mocktails, Beverages .The sitting capacity of restaurant is for 24 people. We have invested Rs 5 Lac as initial investment ,but need Rs 25 Lac for the expansion and marketing of restaurant. Currently we are having 4-5 lakhs per month average sales.
