Precast Concrete Products Manufacturing Company Looking for Funds

We are a concrete products manufacturing company based in Ludhiana, Punjab, seeking funds to expand our operations and enhance our product offerings. Currently, we focus on manufacturing and trading a variety of concrete-based products, including precast boundary walls and interlock tiles. Our sister company in the construction sector actively procures these products, further integrating our businesses. With a dedicated workforce of 20 employees, including contractual staff, we are well-prepared for growth. We operate on one acre of land, with a built-up area of 1,000 square feet, and most of our work is currently conducted in an open area. Our existing production capacity allows us to manufacture 34,000 square feet of precast walls and 100,000 pieces of tiles, with a maximum potential capacity of 75,000 square feet for precast walls and 500,000 pieces for tiles. We primarily serve Government clients for precast walls and retail clients for tiles. The funds we seek will enable us to introduce a new product category in the form of bricks and hollow blocks, utilizing our full built-up area of 7,000 square feet, positioning us for greater success in the market.
