The vision of the company is to provide more than 10,000 IT Job placements per year for the privileged and the underprivileged through the Training without Trainers model with almost ZERO Upfront cost to serious Jobseekers. Our low-cost and easy-to-learn tools without the involvement of Trainers will allow more people to plan their careers early in their life. The focus is more on Placements-so the job seekers will try to use the best resources around them and be ready to develop employable skills. India has 6 million software Engineers and 64% of them are not trainable. They quit jobs or lose Jobs. There is a need to Upskill at least one million people if the attrition rate is considered. It's a huge market. We need at least 100 Academies to address this issue. We need funds to Pay stipends to initial interns, marketing, salaries, and rent.
