The current production of the plant is 40,000 bottles per day being produced in a shift of 8 hours and the capacity can be increased to 80,000 bottles per day in a 15 hours shift. The purification & treatment is done through Reverse Osmosis (RO) system. The Bottles are manufactured by a fully automatic machine used to own mould, design and then passed in to the automatic filling machines where, first washing of the bottles happen then filling of water in the bottles, then they are capped and passed through conveyor for quality check and printed the batch coding with a batch coding machine and then it labeled using BOPP labelling and then shrink wrapped to fine packs of boxes. The sanction load capacity is of 170 KW.
