Our infrastructure includes 5 leased ponds (10-year lease, ₹2.5 lakh annual rent) to secure a stable supply of Fresh and Live stock With a strong B2B clientele of 260 HoReCa clients, 100+ local vendors, and nearby Mandis, we currently sell 1,000 kg per day. Additionally, our online marketplace is set to expand our D2C reach. Generating ₹22 lakh in monthly revenue with a 50% gross margin, our business has 35 employees dedicated to scaling operations. However, to meet the rising demand of 7,000 kg per day, we seek an investment of ₹10 crore to expand our D2C segment by opening new retail outlets and increasing working capital for supply fulfilment.
