We are into the Manufacturing of Housekeeping Cleaning Products. It is a 3-year-old company based in Noida. We have our own brand and have 12-15 products including Glass cleaners, Floor Cleaners and furniture shiners etc. The formulation is done through a USA-based company. We sell products in the size of 5LTR and 500ML retail packs, and 200 LTR drums for institutional sales. We have 6-7 distributors and our major customers are hospitals, restaurants, schools and universities and most of the Sales are happening in U.P. The capacity is 30000ltrs in a pack size of 500 ml to 5000ml and the current production is 7000ltrs. The unit is set up on a land area of 1200sq.mt and a built-up area of 6000sq.ft, it is a rented premises with a monthly rent of Rs.1.50 Lac. The net profit is 20 %-28%
