A CR/ HR Slitting CTL( Cut To Length ) Steel Plant with a vision to meet the requirements of customers for sheets of specific width and length and plates of specific shapes and sizes is looking for a JV partner. The Unit has an Industrial Land of 4.5 Acre, with a factory Shed 50000 sq ft of 13-meter height. Currently the processing Capacity of the plant is 50000 MT of Flat products including HR, CR Coils, Galvanised and Color Coated Coils . Equipped with CR Slitting Line, CR Cut to Length / Galvanizing/ Stainless steel/ Aluminum, CR Narrow Cut-To Length Line as well as HR Cut-To-Length Line and HR Slitting Line. The plant have all the required approvals such as DTCP, Collector, Pollution Control, MSME, Fire License, Industrial & Commerce, Safety & Health. The total machine costing is estimated to be over INR 60 lacs. There are four cranes of Capacity of 10, 15, 30, 35 tonnes respectively.

Hot rolled, cold rolled ,Color coated and galvanized plain coils, de-coiling, slitting, side trimming where required cutting de-coiled sheets to length and ensuring requisite flatness of sheets and packaging in specific lots as per customer demand. All non –prime steel will also to be process as per customer requirements and customization. All HR Coils, CR Coils, Galvanized plain coils, color coated coils and baby coils arising are processed for sale as prime material to suit customer requirements.
Growth Potential
Plan to increase the level of Capacity in the Steel 50,000 tons to 75,000 tons per year. We desire to have and start with custom bonding as the rules and guidelines of the customs department. We are looking forward to develop 2 acres exclusively for custom bonding having a capacity to store material of 50,000-60,000 tonnes annually. It is generally of a non-polluting nature as it essentially involves shearing and cutting to length steel coils. The Unit has an Industrial Land of 4.5 Acre, with a factory Shed 50000 sq ft of 13-meter height. The custom bonded warehouse does not have any industrial operations and is totally free from any kind of pollution. The total machine costing is estimated to be over 60,00,000 INR. There are four cranes of Capacity of 10, 15,30,35 tones respectively.
