Well built plant for Syrup, Capsule and Ointment manufacturing with micro lab that started its operations 2 years back is looking to sell out. The total area is of 1.2 acres and the builtup area is of 7200sqft leased premises with a rental of Rs50,000 monthly. The unit is schedule M - GMP approved and made on guidelines of WHO but not licensed. We have a 6 head syrup line with a capacity of 20,000 bottles per day, The capsule line is manual with a capacity of 3 lac capsules per day, The ointment line has a capacity of filling 10,000 tubes per day. At present we are doing contract manufacturing for 20-25 companies occasionally and utilizing only 20% of the capacity.
